Martinair

My wife and I are scheduled on a baltic cruise in July and have purchased our airline
tickets on Martinair(a first). We bought their "Star" class which supposedly is equivalent to other transatlantic carriers' Business Class. Does anyone have experience with Martinair? Thank you

Friendliest and most efficient service I've ever had, and I was in coach. The attendants make TWA personnel look like inmates on a roadside work crew.

I fully agree with Russ. Flew Martinair from Amsterdam to the Dominican Republic.

...Martinair RULES, and I don't even own stock! We've flown them several times to Amsterdam. Excellent service, excellent fares! You can't go wrong!
Hope this helps..
BTW I will be on a martinair flight again in July!
Sorry not to be as positive as the others, but I think Martinair's Star Class is not as good as other carrier's business class. The seats are a bit smaller and the service, while OK, is not excellent.
Martinair is OK though, and usually relatively cheap.

I had heard from a co-worker(originally from Amsterdam, and flies Martinair freq.)that Martinair packs there passengers in like sardines. I know airlines are notorious for tigt sitting, but how does it compare to say United?

I flew Star class last year and thought it was fine. The price is pretty good and the service was excellent.
