Marbella/San Pedro with Young Kids 2 months
 

We have the opportunity to potentially travel to Spain in Sept - Nov 2019 and put our 3 girls (5, 8 and 11 when we will travel) in Laude San Pedro near Marbella. It's a dream of mine to be able to travel with them like this! Im curious about the following:

1. The area and if anyone has any recommended neighborhoods for us to rent an apartment or house in for a couple months (safety and walking distance to restaurants/shops/school would be good)
2. Anyone know anything about Laude San Pedro school? Reputation?
3. Would this be a good spot to stay for an extended time in Spain? The other option is for us to put them in a school in Alicante. I want to be able to take weekend trips and possibly see Morocco and Portugal while were there.
