Malvarrosa Neighborhood in Valencia
 

We are looking at staying two nights in Malvarrosa neighborhood of Valencia. This will be after our time in Barcelona and before our time in Madrid so looking more for the R&R part of the vacation. Is this a good beach area and is it easily accessible to the center of town, if desired?

Basically close to the beach. Malvarrosa is very large.. but bus service throughout as well as tram. city center 20-30 minutes by bus. Plenty of restaurants. If BEACH is your thing.. OK but if visiting sites is more your thing then I'd stay in the center..

Are you within view of beach from the apartment or hotel? Parts of Malvarrosa are run down. other parts quite cute. beachfront is OK.. couple hotels there. If hotel is above a restaurant sidewalk café it may be noisy into the night.

That is a very long street and without an address or listing I can't really help you. It is on or near a bus line that goes downtown. Also a few short blocks from the beach. Many different types of accommodations there from old old old to new new new.
