Malta Trip Report

Here's my trip report for my recent visit to Malta in the link below. I can't recommend Malta enough as a travel destination - so much history it would be impossible to get bored! :-)

Thanks so much for the link to your blog and for your info about Malta. It's on my bucket list and I hope to get there in 2018. One question--are the cities/villages that you reference all on the Island of Malta itself or are some of them on the other islands, like Gozo? I'm especially interested in where to find the little fishing villages. Again, thanks for your report.

Read some more of your blog. It's very good. Enjoyed especially your info on Riviera di Levante. We will be in Camogli again in August and intend to go to Rapallo and Sestri Levante. Thanks for info on their sandy beach. I'm going to check out Zaogli. Have never heard of it before. useful stuff. thanks again.

@JulieVikmanis Thank you for your kind comments. All of the places I mention in the Malta post are on the island of Malta. I would have loved to have visited Gozo, but there wasn't enough time on my trip unfortunately. But there's always next time!

I'm glad you found the Riviera di Levante information useful. It's my favourite part of Italy and one of my favourite places in the world. Zoagli is a very pretty little town, very typical of that area. Definitely worth a visit!

I'm looking forward to reading this when I have some free moments. I spent 3 days in Malta back in 2002 and loved it. It certainly flys under the radar, at least with American tourists. It was an easy one hour flight from Rome.
