Malta eateries and sights

Suggestions welcome for comings, goings and eating places beyond typical fare in Malta. We are there for 10 days next September and with Euro/dollar ratio want to budget ourselves but also not lose out on must goes and dos!!

With 10 days (and all this time to research) you'll have more than enough to see and do everything--it's a tiny place.
The only things you need to know:
1. Make reservations for the Hypogeum

2. Make reservations for the better Maltese restaurants, as they book up (there was a good one in Valletta, the name escapes me. One on Gozo also.) Rabbit is specialty. Grilled fish was excellent. is a great resource, as is the Rough Guide to Malta.
