Malpensa to Grand Hotel Duomo
Can anyone help with driving directions from Malpensa Airport in Milan to the Grand Hotel Duomo? I've contacted the hotel but they could only get me to downtown on the A8 and then they said I should stop and ask someone for directions!

go to www.viamichelin.com
Click on driving directions
in the departure address put "Malpensa airport"
in the destination address put "piazza duomo" (and in the city section put MILANO)
click on OK
you'll get the directions on how to get from the airport to Piazza Duomo where hotel Duomo is.

BATUFFOLINA: Just wanted to tell you that I printed out the directions from the viamichelin website and faxed them to my boss. Well he got totally, hopelessly lost. They stopped and asked for directions twice (from policemen) but ended up hiring a cab to lead them there. I didn't want to laugh too hard when he told me, but when I faxed the 2 pages of directions to him I kind of had the feeling he was going to get lost. They got to the hotel eventually anyway so everything turned out okay.

Thank you Antlori for the feedback. Malpensa is 50 kms from Milan, and Milan is a large city full of traffic. I am glad they ended up taking a cab, actually they should have thought about that since the beginning rather than venturing on the road by themselves if they were not sure of where they might have gone. But the boss is the boss.....

I think antlori meant the boss hired a taxi that they followed in their car to the hotel. At least that is the way I interrupted antlori's post.
And that is a good idea when one has a rental car in a large city and cannot find their hotel or whereever they are trying to get to.
