Malpensa meeting place
 

Can anyone help w/a convenient meeting place at Malpensa Airport? My husband is flying in on Luftansa and I'm driving to meet him from Lake Orta. Is short-term parking marked at the airport? Thanks!

The airport website lists various bars and eateries for each - maybe one of those would be your best bet.

Thanks! Tried that but it's in Italian and even the English version I found elsewhere didn't list retails--said "under construction". But read on other site that there's an info booth in Term 1, so guess I'll try for that. Don't know yet which term--in 2 weeks--but I'll be w/out phone (he has it) so a bit of a pain. 3D

I would make sure you know which terminal he is arriving in. There are 2 and you need to know which one as you are driving in. They are not close to each other. You can park your car by the terminal if someone stays with it..so couldn't he just meet you at the car? It's not like US airports where they chase you away.

TERMINAL 1 lists:

- McDonalds
- Burger King

- Harry's Bar

... among others

- in the Check-in Area.


TERMINAL 2 lists:

- Ciao (- self-service/fast food
- Autogrill Snack Bar
- Amigo Express

... among others,

- also in the Check-in Area
