Making a reservation at Il Ritrovo...
 

I've been trying to contact them to make a dinner reservation but the phone just keeps ringing. Is there a specific time of day (Italy time) that I should try to call? Could it be closed for vacation? I'll be in Florence for one night-- Sat., September 10th... and really want to have dinner there. Any info would be appreciated.

You can always have your hotel make reservations for you and just send you an email confirmation.

If the phone keeps ringing it could be that they are on vacation. Alot of the businesses close for some part of August, even the resturants.

I've eaten there eight or ten times and have never had a reservation. I've never seen the place full.
