I love Segovia and would highly recommend the restaurant Narizotas at Plaza de Medina del Campo 1. We had "The Left Hand" and it was fabulous!

I second Narizotas, good food & good service. One of the best lunches we had. Two menu especial e 29.80e.
Yummy and not the traditional Segovian fare...a bit lighter.
