Madrid on Easter Sunday

DD and SIL will be in Madrid on Easter Sunday; they are wondering if major attractions, museums, restaurants will be open that day. They are also looking for a good inexpensive hotel or b&b. I told them someone here would know.

Easter Sunday in Mardrid is high season, so unless they have a hotel in mind, they need to start looking to see what's available. Finding something inexpensive is difficult.

Most attractions will be open (www.esmadrid.com), but if they want to eat, they will need to make lunch reservations as early as possible. Most restaurants will be closed for dinner.
