We would like recommendations for a Good hotel in Madrid, with a nice location,
and good service.

You can start your search using one of the many booking sites available on the internet. They will give you a good idea of what's available and with some you can check a map for location.

Take a look at solmelia.com, which offers Tryp and Melia hotels. We got a great deal at Tryp Cibeles, which is very conveniently located, a few years ago.

My favorite area in Madrid is near the Museum triangle, in the vicinity of Plaza Santa Ana. Some choices (which depending of your date of travel might or not be over $200) are: ME Reina Victoria, Villa Real, Westin Palace , Catalonia Las Cortes, and Prado ( the latter is the more budget in that list).
