Madrid - concierge service to check out an apartment

I have friends who are renting an apartment in Madrid for a long time, very expensive and was wondering if there is a concierge service who could check out the apartment for them, before then hand over their money.

If there is anyone out there who can help!

I will be in Madrid on October 15 and 16th with a tiny bit of time to spare to work on something like this.

I also know a couple people who could fill in in the future or could possible check it out befroe then.

You can write me at my screen name at yahoo.com

If they were renting the apartment through Spain Select (www.spain-select.com/), Casa Madrid, or Design Madrid, they probably wouldn't have anything to worry about. Who are they renting through?

it's probably no help, but when this situation has happened to me [rarely I have to say] I rented somewhere short-term first while i sussed out the place and the best deals.

it's a big responsibility to make this sort of decision for someone else, especially if it goes wrong in the future.

Lincasanova, I wrote to you at yahoo, but it bounced back!
Sorry about that. If you know a couple of people, could I have their details?

Robert2533, I'm going to ask my friends who they are renting through.
