Madrid apartments

Back to planning our trip to Spain in May after a lot of ups and downs in the last few months! But all's well that ends well and hopefully this trip will continue as planned. I have booked a 2 BR apt at Madrid4Rentals Barrio de las Letras for 2 nights from May 15-17th through Booking.com but it is a ground floor apt and I am seeing some reviews complaining about street noise etc.
http://www.booking.com/hotel/es/madr...ta-maria.en-us.

The other place I found also on Booking.com is Splendom Suites Gran Via
http://www.booking.com/hotel/es/sple...gran-via.en-us.

Most agencies have a 3 night minimum so options are limited. I would appreciate any input on these apts and also any suggestions for any other 2/3 BR apts that anyone may know of. Thanks!

I am leaning towards the Imperial apt but would really appreciate any input on the location etc. Can someone familiar with Madrid please, please just take a look at that one?
Thanks a million!

Both apt. are central
I don't think you can go wrong with either.
The second is a bit closer to museums and Retiro .
We rented from Spain Select twice , you might
check their selection.

Sorry, I just read about 2 nights, will not work with SS
Grand Via location is probably quieter.

I would prefer the Barrio de Las Letras district, and there should be plenty of other apartments in the area. The imperial apt is close. I've always stayed in hotels here. http://www.barrioletras.com/

Thanks damon & kimhe, yes, its the 2 nights that's the problem. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Had one more to consider

The views look lovely but what about the area/location?

So the three I am trying to decide between is the one above, the Imperial below

and this one in Las Letras:

As mentioned before Las Letras is a very good location.
The first one gives a general area..not very specific..what is the address?
