Madeira or Algarve

If you have been to both Madeira and Algarve, which do you think is better and why?<BR>thanks

I have been to both. Holidays are always such a short time, so I like islands. Land that does not stop at water seems so endless, and I never have time to see all of it. I think that is the reason of my &quot;islomania&quot;. Nothing wrong with Algarve, but Madeira is my favourite.
