Macaron Class?

I'm looking for a Macaron class: will be in Paris at the end of April. As I'm doing this whole trip on a shoe-string budget, looking for a class that is around 50E.

La Cuisine Paris has one for 65 and I think the ones at Ritz Escoffier are 75. I don't know of any for less than that.

Do you speak french? L'Atelier des gâteaux by Audrey in the 6th arrondissement offers macarons making classes for 45 Euros, I took a cupcake class there last fall and it was fun. Classes are pretty short though, 1.5 hours, so I would go with La Cuisine Paris if you can afford the 65 Euros.

I took a pastry class with La Cuisine Paris last fall also, and they are incredibly well organized and so nice. Everything is in English and I find for the level of instruction you get, it is well worth the money.

I've also taken classes at LeNôtre and Cook'n with Class, but both are quite a bit more expensive.

Thanks, I've booked La Cuisine Paris- sadly the Ritz class was not available for my dates. I did see one for 54E but can't find how to register online. Have sent email. I booked a class as they seem to sell out fast.
