Lux in Marbella ! HELP
 

Hi Everyone<BR>Again I need the help of you expert travellers! Searching for a truly LUX resort to celebrate 2nd honeymoon !!<BR>Gong in end of July dor a week<BR>Any fav restaurants would be great too !<BR>Many Thanks in advance <BR>

Many years ago, we stayed at the "Marabella Club". Gorgeous grounds, wonderful rooms in buildings spread around the grounds, a beach with outdoor dining available and a more formal outdoor dining space with candles in the trees at night. I don't know what it is like now, back then it was ppure heaven!

marie,<BR>For great people watching (particularly in July), classy surroundings and gourmet cuisine,<BR>go straight to La Meridiana, in the hills above the "Golden Mile", between Puerto Banus and Marbella, beyond the Mosque, on Carretera de la Cruz. Next to it is a very chic piano bar called "La Notte" (same owners) that will be packed until the early morning hrs. Perfect for a celebration!<BR><BR>For lux accomodations, book one of the sister hotels, the Marbella Club or Puente Romano.

Marie, we stayed at the beautiful Marriott Marbella Beach Resort. The villa's were spacious with lovely furnishings and spectacular views across the Mediterranean toward Africa. It had restaurants, beach, tennis courts, outdoor & indoor pools, sauna, whirlpool, fitness center, and golf nearby.
