Lunch places on Santorini
 

We are spending a day on Santorini from a cruise ship----where is a good lunch place and shopping areas as well as great views?

In Fira go to Aktaion, Sphinx, Archipelagos or Fanari.

In Oia go to Skala, Thalami, Kastro, Pelekanos, Seagull, Lotza or Melenio.

we really liked zafora
it was a nice cafe/ restaurant with a lovely mosaic pebble floor
and the view was fantastic
roof garden cafe
a narrow path was just outside which actually takes you all the way to oia

we dont normally do anything twice - but we had lunch here and then dinner another night

in oia we had a great dinner atestiatopio again amazing views and very generous helpings
dont order too much - you get so much on your plate in greece!
there are so many places to choose from - really i dont think you will have a problem

oh btw zafora is in fira
there are lots of little boutiques

nice but expensive shops in oia

You will find many nice restaurants in Fira - Archipelagos, Shinx, Kapari, George Ouzeri in Fabrika.
If you have time visit Exo Gonia in the road from Pyrgos to Kamari beach.
If you visit Oia have a pastry and coffee at Melenio.
Very nice modern Greek – Mediterranean cuisine is Nixteri restaurant in Kamari beach
