luggage storage in Florence

Dropping off the car in Florence in the morning and was planning on lunch and a bit of sightseeing before catching the train to Rome. Is there anywhere we can store our luggage in Florence, perhaps the train station?
Thanks much, Lisa S

You can store your luggage at the train station. I believe it's located across from track 16 and the cost is 1 euro per bag.

Have fun!!

Thanks Katherine,
Are these lockers or attended stowage? Was wondering about the size of our suitcases?
Thanks, Lisa S

It is an attended luggage room, very convenient to the tracks for your departure. The luggage is placed on tall open shelving that will accommodate bags of any size.

Hi Lisa,

The left-luggage office is to your right as you face the tracks.
