Lucky Magazine article on shopping in Paris

Just thought I would give a heads up on a recent magazine article. The March 2003 issue of "Lucky" Magazine has an article about shopping in Paris on page 215. It's really just a long list of their favorite places. Some familiar favorites like "Mariage Freres", "Diptyque" and the department stores, but the bulk of the article is smaller boutiques . Wish I could go back right now--I apparently needed to shop more!

There seems to be someone always asking about taking a teen shopping in Paris and I thought this could help a bit with that too. While some of the prices are certainly not teen friendly, the hip factor seems to be high enough!

Thanks nycjenny. We don't seem to have Lucky magazine in Australia! Any chance you can give a little summary please.
I'm taking my teenage daughter to Paris in September.

Hi clbc. I'm not familiar with this particular article. However, just wanted to mention that I'll bet your teen daughter would love the funky boutiques in the Marais area. Also, the Tati department store (there's one near Montmarte) has lots of fun, inexpensive clothing, handbags, toiletries, etc. Have great trip!

Hi NYCJENNY_-

Any way of cutting and pasting the article---

I went to the website and it does not list Paris shopping...

The website must be a condensed version...

thanks!

So sorry I'm two days late on answering!!! It's a long article, I shudder at the thought of typing it. I could scan and email it if no one's opposed...

Jenny
[email protected]

clbc -

You'll have to either e-mail Jenny at the address she provided or give your e-mail address here.... I'd suggest the former, since she was kind enough to offer it, and may not see this thread in a day or two.

Lesli - she did email it all to me - quite a mammoth job! Very kind of her too... and it's a great article
