lucerne weather in april
 

how will the weather be in april. last time we stayed in lugerne 30 minutes outside of lucerne. we want to see the green rolling hills is it possible to see any of these in switzerland or do we have to wait until the summer. we do not want to see snow.

I've been there twice in April and had varying degrees of green grass/flower blossoms. Mts had snow on them. I'm told there is occasional snow in Luzern, but that would be rare.

The weather tends to be cool, but not wintery cold. Average highs in April run in the mid to upper 50s and average lows around 40.
