Lower levels of Colosseum closed due to floods?

I had read last October that the lower level tunnels of the Colosseum were closed due to flooding . Does anyone know if it has reopened for tours, and the amount of damage?

It hasn't reopened; it will probably reopen some time in March.

According to reports in the Italian media, it wasn't so much structural damage as mud and mess.
