All authentic louis vuitton is dystroyed if it does not measure up. There are no factory seconds. If you want knock offs why go to europe spend the weekend in NYC and go to canal street.

As for the real stuff the euro has wiped out m,ost of the discount from the Strong us dollar franc situation of a few years ago. You can save about 12% witht he vat refund. There is a flea market in Ventimiglia, Italy. which a lady I met in Monte Carlo was talking about that has copy bags, but it sounds like a hole . Why would you want to spend your vacation looking for fake handbags ?

Lobby shop of Intercontinental hotel, Rue di Rivoli, Paris. Big discounts for non-Europeans. REAL STUFF.

Are you saying you fell for that place on Rue di Rivoli? Everything is marked way up because they know only tourists will go there. Then they offer huge "discounts" making them the price they should be. The only true discount there is saving the VAT just like any other shop in Paris.

Bought the high end cartier bag for less than half the price in the US. It is a show-stopper, women at other tables in restaurants whisper about it. I did my homework. Also bought a swiss watch with a diamond bezel for less than half the NYC price. You can save alot if you know what you are looking for and how much it costs at home.

Louis Vuitton worldwide does not have factory outlets nor discount sales. You pay full price even for a design 5 years old. How do you think they remain so profitable?

Girl- If you are in Florence- try the outdoor market down the street from the Ponte Vecchio=-

It is the covered flea market ,not the huge market near the Duomo--

they had LV knock off's that looked like they literally fell off the back of the truck and at LOW LOW prices....

Isn't illegal to purchase knock off's???? Personally, I wouldn't mind having or purchasing a LV knock off on my next trip to Italy, but a friend has told me that I could get arrested for doin so!!! Is this true???

Well - they won't arrest you - BUT very likely they will confiscate it and perhaps fine you when you go through customs back in the USA.

I've always wonder why these street vendors selling knock off's of all kinds don't ever fined or arrested when they do this out in the open and sometimes even on the internet???
