LOT airlines.....

we are flying with them to Poland, what was your experience? Staff friendly and helpful?

Do you happen to know how much seat upgrades cost? or if that is an option?

If we can't upgrade, we hope to get exit row seating, DH is 6'4 so he needs much legroom:-D

Oh and how is the food? I am imagining typical for airline food but will pleasantly surprised if it is tasty!

TIA for any post!!!

Some of your questions can be easily answered by simply calling the airline, LOT directly.

Thank you. yes I am aware of that.....but I doubt they will give me an honest answer of how their food is which is why I posted. I wanted others opinions of the airline.
Thank you for your help

When I said some of your questions will be answered by calling LOT, I obviously meant the seating/upgrade questions and not about their food.

BTW, you said that you posted because you wanted to know about their food, but that question appeared in your 4th paragraph.

Let's clarify what I am asking in my post:

1) what was your experience?
2) was staff friendly and helpful?
3) cost of upgrades? is this an option?
4) how is the food

It appears that 1 of these 4 questions can be answered by calling LOT which I have already done. The other 3 questions would be customers opinions so if anyone has flown with LOT before and has an helpful answer for me, I would greatly appreciate it:-)

Thank you in advance for sharing your experiences!

You forgot another question/statement that also can be answered by the airline <if we can't upgrade, we hope to get exit row seating>. If you already have your ticket booked with them, see if you can obtain seat assignments.

Sorry to be so technical.
