LOST TRAVEL WEBSITE
I'm looking for the website in which you type in your destination, and any travel article written about it will come up. The articles are written by travel writers, and are taken from travel books/magazines. I was on in the other day, but forgot to bookmark it, and now I can't find it, can you help? Thank You.
Have you checked your history folder and/or your Temporary Internet Files folder? Just browse through until you come to the correct date and you should be able to narrow it down.
I hadn't heard of this site before - let us know the address when you find it!!
try websites that are by book companies, frommers, fodors, lonely planet.
Is it http://expedia.msn.com/daily/column/ ??
I appreciate all the responses so far, but unfortunately none of them were the one I was looking for, any more suggestions? Thank You
One suggestion is to do a net search with any key words you may remember (in quotes). Maybe something will come up!
This sounds like the San Francisco Chronicle (or Examiner). I recall reading about it in Frommer's months ago (last year). Go to www.sfgate.com, select searches. The column is named Follow the Reader. Thanks for this posting as I had completely forgotten about the site.
Silly me, I re-read your request, Follow the Reader is not written by travel writers (one of your parameters). It sounds like www.epicurious.com. Go to searches, and do a sitewide search. You can enter a city or activity, and articles from Conde Naste, Fodor's and Epicurious will be listed. Hope this helps.
Just wanted to thank everyone who has e-mailed me or left postings here, but I still haven't had anyone come up with the website I lost. Anymore suggestions? Thanks in advance.
