Lost post on intraeurope airlines

Years ago, probably 2008, I had posted about finding air carriers that fly between European cities.
It seems to have disappeared. A wonderful fodorite had responded with a great link that allowed searching cities to see which airlines had flights between cities. It was very helpful and I’ve referred back to that post over the years when I needed to see which carriers, even small ones, served my cities. I have not been able to track down that site. I’m hoping the fodorite that originally helped me see this and responds. Or anyone else who knows the site.
Thanks.

Are you thinking about Skyscanner.com?

For a very different search option, rome2rio.com shows a variety of forms of transportation between cities, including links that might require getting from one place to an airport in another city as a way to move between two places. If you use rome2rio, be sure to click through to the underlying links, as the main web pages are not sensitive to seasonal variation in schedules.

If you really want flights, I wouldn't use rome2rio as I've found it quite inaccurate in that regard. It's pretty inaccurate on bus lines sometimes, also. Skyscanner tells you what you need to know, I find it quicker to use than whichbudget, although I used to use that one a lot.

I agree. My experience is that rome2rio has a lot of inaccurate information. Skyscanner is a great option. And, their sight does list all the airlines that fly from different airports. At the bottom of their home page, go to Explore and Airports, and you should find what you are looking for.

To be clear: My recommendation of rome2rio was not intended as a way to identify flights, but rather to identify possible airports, which seemed to me to be an implicit part of the original question. Jeez, just shoot me if I was wrong. ;-)
