Lost Camera on Train to Padova, Italy. Help with photos?

My camera fell out of my bag on the train from Venice to Padova last week. Is there anyone out there willing to e-mail me some hi-res photos of Venice, Murano, Burano, Trieste, Padova or Verona? I have found many on the internet, but they are mostly lo-res or you had to pay for the hi-res. We had a fabulous trip and the weather was great, except for the last 2 days. Although I am upset for losing the camera, I am more upset about losing the photos of our experience. My e-mail is [email protected].

I am very sorry indeed to hear of your terrible plight.
It's almost as bad as the wedding photographer who gets it all wrong and none of the photos come out!
(in the old days when film was still used- LOL)
You must send an email to the train company's Lost Property Office - You NEVER KNOW if some kind soul has fortunately found your camera and handed it in?!

I wish you lots of luck in oneday getting your camera back!

I can send some pix from Venice & Murano.

I can send you some photos of Venice. I'll try to do that tonight. Anything in particular?

How high a resolution. I have reduced my photos of Venice to around 360K (1600X1200 approximately) because my projector does not improve the image with a higher resolution. If interested, click on my name to find my e-mail address and get a downloadable version of the photos.

Here are the photos:

There is a website for found cameras: if you find a camera, you post some pictures from it in hopes the owner can be located. It wouldn't hurt to look, anyway. ifoundyourcamera.blogspot.com

Thanks. Anything 200K to 300K is fine. Most of the stuff on the web has been under 100K and doesn't print well. Michael your photos are great. J62 and SCFoodie, whatever you are willing to share would be great. In particular, I would like shots of the Chiesa St. Giorgio Maggiore and Chiesa della Salute.

capxxx, I had no idea a website like that existed. Thanks, unfortunately, none of them are mine.

DoubleL - I just emailed you some photos.

J62 and SCFoodie the pictures of Venice you e-mailed are exactly what I was looking for. I am all set for Venice and Murano photos. Hopefully someone else will have the other places I visited.

DoubleL - I'll send you some of Burano tonight.
