I am in Paris and I need help fast. I would like to buy some Camper shoes and I am not sure if they are cheaper here than in the US. Also, where is the best place to buy them in Paris?? Thanks for your help!!

I don't know if they are cheaper there or not -- I hope you know what they sell for in the US.

Galeries Lafayette carries them, as I recall. Probably other dept. stores, also, but I know they do. The main store I know of is on rue Vieux Colombier in St-Germain at the corner of rue du Cherche Midi.

Capmers run about 125-150 dollars in the States..as they are made in spain they might not be that much cheaper in Paris...but at least you could break them in!!

I just purchased camper shoes in NYC. We spent $250 for high boots for myself and my husband purchased a pair of shoes that were on sale for $98 and then a non sale pair for about $140. I remember going to Camper when I was in Paris and I don't remember being impressed by the prices...(trust me if they were much cheaper, I would have bought some...I love those shoes and they actually have my size US 4 1/2 or 35 European!)

There is also a Camper Factory Outlet store in the La Vallee Outlet center that is near Disneyland in the burbs. They have good prices on older styles but it is hit and miss.
