Looking for reasonably priced 2-day car rental in Bologna

Does anyone have recommendations of a local company in Bologna that has reasonably priced car rentals for a couple of days? We will be based in Bologna for nearly a month and are planning to take a one-night road trip to Busseto, Parma, and Modena. We would like to leave around 8 am on a Saturday and get back around 8 pm on a Sunday. It appears that few car rental offices are open (late) on Sunday, so we may need to return the car Mon. morning.

Sometimes car rental offices don't open until after 8am, so you may want to rent the car Friday night or, if you are going to Modena, take the train there, see the town, and rent the car in Modena.

You can drop off the car at the airport on Sunday and take the airport shuttle into Bologna Centrale, but do the cost comparisons, because sometimes airport drop-offs cost more.

www.Maplandia.com was a good source for me. It searched several rental agencies and gave me a lot of options including Sat Nav (GPS), AC, auto/manual.

I've found considerably less expensive rates with Nova. Does anyone have experience with them?
