Looking for an amazing spa hotel in southern Europe
 

Looking for somewhere that could have good weather in May, with lots of Spa treatments and facilities, for a girl's week out. Was thinking Spain, Portugal, Greece (Cyprus?). Has anyone been to a hotel like this that they can recommend? Don't mind if it's expensive.

I haven't been there, but if you do a text search on "Ischia" you will find a number of postings re what to do and where to stay.

Tulips: If you're an oenophile, Les Sources de Caudalie comes to mind. It's beautiful there in May with all the fruit orchards in bloom.
