I've enjoyed reading the above postings. One of them just made my day; she was deriding Europeans who wear socks with their sandals. I LOVE wearing socks with sandals! If you've just returned from France, tell me please, do they still? (I have a feeling that we are not talking about the same ladies who wear the scarves.) I'd like a serious answer. Is there a stylish way to wear socks with sandals (or slides) in Europe? Thanks.
