Long term accomodation?? And Location?

Hi...
I just found this site..I'm hoping some of the experts here can help me?!...
My husband and I are going to Dublin with our little boy..(he's 2 months old) we will be there long term..about 6 months. I am clueless on where to begin to look for accomodation?? Can anyone suggest a or some websites that could help us? Also which part of Dublin would you all suggest for a small family like us? Any and ALL suggestions and help is SOOOO appreciated.
Have a lovely day

Try some of the expat web sites (just google expats and Ireland). Also take a look at www.slowtrav.com for some apartment ideas.

I assume you want furnished accommodation, and you should realize that, for most apartment owners, 'six months' is a short-term rental, and owners willing to rent for that period will normally charge above whatever the 'normal' going rate is. I suspect that you will be paying holiday rates. I'm sure you don't want to hear that!

Almost all rentals in Ireland are furnished as well. and yes shorter term can sometimes be more exp but on occasion someone wants to let for a short time and would still advertise it independantly of a letting co. Have a look first.
