It is very interesting to know from your point of views any opinion on other southern borough like: Wimbledon, Raynes Park, west Wimbledon, Putney,Kew, Barnes,NewMalden,Sutton

Wimbledon, putney Kew Barnes - All nice (I used to live in Wimbledon) but you simply can't afford them - they are stunningly expensive. Raynes park is a slum, ditto new malden. Bits of Sutton are great - but other bits aren't. It would certainly meet your criteria, but the transport links aren't that great (it's on the over ground but the train stops everywhere)

aboutushwood, Woodfors,Theydon Bois, Havering-atte-Bower, Forest Gate and Becotree

Forest Gate is really grim - crack houses, pound shops and wrong'uns. You can't afford the others. Have a look at Wanstead.
