Never mind Dutch Ovens. It's all about Alabama Hot Pockets these days.

Caroline Edinburgh,
This should explain the farting connection:

Go to the "D" section.

I was totally boggled by Southwark- where I was staying- the first time I went to London. The guys I asked directions from at Paddington station (during morning rush hour!) were as boggled (or at least pretended to be so) by my pronunciation of "South-wark" as I was. Only after pulling out my map and pointing was I able to get decent directions. (Oh....he mean Suth-uk!) Pronunciation means everything!

OH I opened this thread and didn't notice the date and saw a post from Ben Haines.....I momentarily forget that he has passed away....and I got so excited to see his name there. And then of course, I remembered. My heart skipped a beat for a minute there when I saw his name.MMMMMmmmmm

Stress on the first syllable (oddly, perhaps, given our usual habits) - BERM'n'zee
