Londoners - help me identify a picture!
 

It's been over a year and a half since our trip to Europe, and shame on me for not labeling my pictures sooner! I need help identifying a picture in London. It is of a beautiful castle/monument/building on the Thames, with Hungerford (Charing Cross) Bridge in the forefront.
