Donna, the Ceremony of the Keys is locking up the Tower of London for the night as has been done for the past 700 years. It's at 9:30 pm. Only a very limited number of people are allowed in, and you have to write to them requesting tickets. Include a self-addressed envelope and two international postal reply coupons.

Write to: The Ceremony of the Keys, HM Tower of London, London EC3N 4AB, ENGLAND. In your request, you must list the names and addresses of all the people you are requesting admittance for and ask for specific dates. You have a better chance if you give them a choice of several dates. They say to allow 2 months to receive your tickets, but I just did this and had the tickets only 1-1/2 week from the day I mailed my request.
