London - Which is your favorite 1* Michelin Restaurant?

I am trying to decide where to go for dinner on a Saturday night in late November. I have initially started this thread:

My budget is £75-80 (for one). I think with this budget, I can afford to eat at a 1* Michelin restaurant - maybe even the tasting menu?

Which is your favorite?

No takers?

Including drink ? How much would you drink ?

No, I don't drink. So it'll be £75-80 for food alone.

yk, without wine, for 75 to 80 pounds you will be able to eat anywhere you like. Gordon Ramsay at Claridges has three courses for 65 pounds, or a menu prestige for 75. (www.gordonramsay.com).
