I have posted the following to Fodors forum.

In principle I agree with Whatsup that Tony's advert for the George Hotel ought not to be in Fodors. Bur the advert does let me comment.

"I am a Sales Manager of a hotel in the centre of London, which
we call South Kensington."

You may call it so. Most Londoners think Piccadilly Circus is the centre of London, and that's four tube stops from South Kensington.

"We are located next to the Earl's Court tube station,"

And that's six tube stops from Piccadilly Circus, and two from South Kensington

"We are near to Harrods". Not very near: three stops
"Madame Tussaud's" six stops,
"Holland" Park: a mile
"Hyde Park" three stops.
"The Royal Victoria and Albert Museum". There's no such museum. The Victoria and Albert Museum is two stops away
"Speakers Corner" five stops
"Kensington Palace" a mile.

The Hotel George may be a model all a hotel should be: I don't know. But Tony is not a model of topographical accuracy.
