London Walks: London by Night

If anyone has done the "London by Night" walk would you please share your experience and route? The description on the website is more prose than detail.

Thanks in advance...bdj

I saw your other post asking the same thing and couldn't find a walk with this name on the website www.walks.com

Is it a 'London Walks' walk and if so, what night is it on? That would help us all.

Kay, London by Night is Tuesday at 6 pm, Embankment tube, led by Richard III or Fiona.

I don't know it.

From www.walks.com:

>>I was on the roof of the National Theatre, looking out across the river at Somerset House, Waterloo Bridge, Cleopatra's Needle, Charing Cross Station, Whitehall Court, the Embankment, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Covent Garden, etc. I was looking, in short, at this walk's "stage".<<

Sounds like that is what this walk covers.

Hi bdj, I don't know that particular walk but I have done many of the other, and have loved them. It's a great way to see bits of the city that you don't normally get to. The guides are great, many of them are actors and are usually very funny. Hope you enjoy.

In an effort to best gauge activities within a limited schedule, input from anyone who has actually been on the “London by Night” walk would prove most beneficial and be much appreciated...bdj
