2 for 1 deals with Oyster are seasonal and you'll just have to ask when you get here. Last year they ran some from October to December.

You do get one-third off river-boat tickets with a travelcard.

I find the buses in London to be extremely crowded if you have a suitcase (even a 22" or 24&quot. I much prefer the tube from that point of view, although buses are very nice without luggage.

That's odd. When I was there last month, I plopped my big ol' suitcase in the luggage rack next to the front door in very crowded buses.

A non-issue, IMO.

Depends on the model of bus and your own strength in hoicking your suitcase(s) up and over the railings around the luggage space. And whether someone else has already got stuff in there.
