London to Berlin

I'm looking to book travel between London and Berlin for next month. Middle of May. Should I go by train or plane. I don't have to be there any certain time. Just wondering if there's something fun I should be doing to get there.

Like Rex, I usually choose the Buzz flight. The rail journey is unexciting, as apart from an hour in the Ardennes you are on the great north European plain. Like Norfolk in the play, very flat. This year in June I shall take the train, as I am keen to see on the way an exhibition in Bruges about Europe around 1000 AD.

Ben Haines, London
