London souvenirs in USA

Anyone know where I can buy London souvenirs, or souvenir-type gifts, here in the USA?

Many thanks,

BB

where do you live? In my city there are two specifically British themed shops (groceries, small gift items, a tea shop attached - that sort of thing)

Or look on line . . . .

Let me guess. You just got back from your trip to the UK and forgot to buy goodies for freinds, family or co-workers. LOL.

It's OK. I've done that. I came back from Scotland empty handed, so I stopped by the local supermarket and filled my cart with Walker's Shortbread! It worked. Everyone loved it and no one guessed.

Good luck!

Actually, it is online addresses that I am looking for. I did a Google search but the majority of finds were from outside the US. Even many small shops have their own web addresses, so if anyone can supply one or two, that would help.

As always, your assistance is greatly appreciated. (God love Fodorites.)

PS: Bob, it ain't so. I'm thinking about creating a package for someone who is going to London.

Addendum:

janisj,

Do either of the shops have web addresses?

Many thanks,

Someone going to London can purchase items there easily. What they could really use is British Pounds!

Thin beat me to Myers of Keswick. Oddly enough, check out Whole Foods..they always seem to have a few one off Brit grocery items.

We have a World Market store that has teas, candies, and cookies (biscuits) from the U.K. It's where I get my Cadbury fix rather than those bars made by Hershey.

Oddly enough I was in a Marshall's department/discount store in New Hampshire a few days ago and found an amazing aray of souvenir london buses with toffees, tins of tea, and British candies and fudge in decorative containers. They even had lovely china mugs made in Scotland and tea cups made in England. These were all the things that I had purchased for my children on my last trip to London.

So I would say try a Marshall's, or a TJMax or HomeGoods type store you might be surprised.
