** London Pub Crawl**

3 ladies want to go on a pub crawl in London. We would like to be able to walk to each destination. Any areas to suggest? Any areas to avoid? Fun pubs only! No snotty unfriendly places please.
Also, anyone want to join us?

Try this website for ideas:

Click on the link for pub crawls, and then you can pick a neighborhood.

Have fun - I'd join you if I was going to be in London any time soon!

If you havn't booked a hotel already, consider staying in the Soho neighborhood - you'll be at ground zero for fun pubs.

Probably worth taking a look to see what the folks at Original London Walks have to offer for pub crawls. http://london.walks.com/
Good way to get off the beaten track if you're not familiar with London. (Can't tell if you are or not...) We've done a few of these, always enjoyed them -- guides are very good.

The area around Fleet Street is a pretty good location for a pub crawl - start at The Blackfriars on Queen Victoria Street/Farringdon Street (great pub so you want to hit it sober
:)).

If you are feeling really ambitious you can always try the Circle Line pub crawl. Alas I have only ever got to just past the half way stage.

I noticed Notting Hill has 16 pubs near eachother, would that area be fun?

Check out this web site for a couple of pub walks designed by John Muffty (who also runs a small guided walk company in London). http://www.classicpubwalks.co.uk/thewalks.htm
