London Pass- 8 days, Good Idea?

Is the London Pass with travel a good idea for us? Three people, one adult, two 13-year olds. Only one of the kids is my kid. Going for 8 days in late March and plan to hit all the usual 1st time visitor sites in London and maybe Stonehenge or a Castle outside of London. It says you save both money and time becasue you jump the lines at busy attractions. Is that a big advantage?

No, for a first time (or tenth time) visitor there are plenty of FREE attractions.

No. There aren't enough hours in the day to fully amortize the cost - and the Travelcard add-on is an absolute rip-off, because all the major sights are within transport Zone 2, but they sell you a useless ticket to Zone 6 that you will never use.

ditto to the above. save your money. And if you still choose to buy the London Pass, 100% definitely skip the travel option.

The only place you will face long lines is at the Tower of London - and if you go there at opening time you avoid that problem altogether . . . . .

(There are often lines at Windsor for the Dolls' House - but the pass won't let you jump that queue anyway)
