London, Malta, Tunisia (Abbreviated Trip Report)

Hi -

Just got back yesterday from 17 day trip to London (5 days), Malta (8 days), and Tunisia (4 days).

I will post a longer report later, but just wanted to say that all of the places were interesting and the trip was rewarding.

Some of the highlights:

London - Chelsea Flower Show, Bruce Springsteen concert, day trip to Hampton Court

Malta - Valletta, good food, friendly people, Mdina, Gozo. Would recommend as a place to visit, but not for someone who hasn't been to Europe before.

Tunisia - Medinas in Sousse and Tunis, Sidi bou Said, and waterpark in Port el Kantoui

Even though trip was brief, I will try to answer any questions anyone may have on Tunisia and Malta - since they don't get many posts.

I will go into more detail in a subsequent post.

Howard - Anxiously awaiting your trip report. Malta and Tunisa look very interesting for a trip next year. Not to exclude London, but have visited twice and want to experience some new destinations!

Howard
I will be going to Italy(12 days) and Malta (16 days) next year. I have been thinking about taking 3 days out of Malta to see Tunisia. I went to Malta this year and spent most of my 2 weeks in Gozo.
Can you give me more information on Tunisia - how did you get there, where did you stay, what tours did you do etc, would you recommend it?
Cheers
