We've booked and prepaid Justairports for ride from Heathrow to hotel. Do you tip the driver or is gratuity included in the price? Thank you!

Gratuity is not included -- a small tip is fine but not absolutely necessary. Since the driver carries your bags to the car, I would tip.

I typically pay the cash price which is cheaper than pre-paying, and then tack on about 10-ish %
