London in September
 
My wife and I are planning a trip to London the 1st week in September. Looking for hotels near Knightsbridge or any other suggestions budget is no more than $270 US/night. Also has anyone done a tour to highclere castle? Thanks

I toured Highclere a couple of years ago. They are only open for tours a few weeks a year, and September looks unlikely:

$270 is about £210 so lots of possibilities. However your money will go a bit farther in some other neighborhoods. Knightsbridge/Mayfair tend towards pricier properties.
