london hotels with or near fitness center

That St Giles may be your very best option - Their lowest priced rooms will be about £95-£100 plus tax. So a bit over your $200 limit - but not by much.
£100 is not much for a central London Hotel, and to have a leisure centre at that level would be pretty unusual.

Try the Royal Eagle hotel in Bayswater. It's cheap and cheerful, close to the tube and about 5 minutes from Hyde Park where you can take long (and fun) jogs. There's a review of it on EuroCheapo - http://www.eurocheapo.com/london/hotel/royal-eagle.html

I am staying at base2stay, in South Kensington near Earls Court. Rooms start at 93 pound per night for a single. According to the website, guests can use a nearby private health club for a small additional charge.

The Travelodge chain has a two hotels in good locations: London Covent Garden and London Marylebone.

The Ibis Euston could also be in your price range.

£100 is really not that much for central London. There are lots of places in that range or less - but they will not be fancy or even more than pretty basic.
For less money you can get a full service 4 star hotel if you are willing to use Priceline. PL is not great for some cities but it is really, really good for London. Check out biddingfortravel.com and betterbidding.com for example of what London hotels are currently going for. You can usually get a place for about $100 or even less.
If you aren't interested in using PL - check out laterooms.com and londontown.com
