Hello,
We will be in London for 3 days in April and I am looking for hotel recommendations. Looking for something that will give us access to all of the local sites and attractions.
Not looking for a budget hotel but more along the luxury end of the scale.

'Luxury end' in London is very high end -- so what is your actual budget - $1000+/£650+ a night? More? Less?
No single hotel will be near more than a small handful of the major sites/attractions. But all hotels anywhere inside the the Circle tube line will be pretty much convenient to everywhere . . . though some are better located than others.
