Luggage storage in London St Pancras Eurostar terminal

Does the London St Pancras Eurostar terminal have luggage storage lockers?
Our train to Paris leaves at 3:30 and we would like to check out of hotel and store our luggage, then have one last fish and chips.

Probably the easiest thing is to ask your hotel to keep your luggage a few hours. Most hotels will do this.

I agree with Carlux - ask the hotel to store your luggage. There is a storage facility at St Pancras, but you have to pay for it. Also, it's a desert for fish and chips.

Our hotel is a distance from the terminal. Does anyone know how much it would be to store 2 bags?

Bindery: Where are you staying? It may be better to go for your fish and chips near your hotel than near St Pancras. Then get your bags and go to the station after lunch.

If Left luggage at St Pancras costs the same as at the other mainline stations in London - it will cost £6 per bag. They aren't lockers but a staffed left luggage facility where you will have to queue to drop your bags and then queue again to pick them up.

We are staying near the Victoria Station. It might be better to store our luggage at the hotel, eat nearby, then go to the Eurostar station.

The cost of luggage storage at St Pancras appears to be a state secret. However, if you a pay £1 deposit per bag, you could store them in the locker room at the British Library, almost next door to the station.

With considereable difficulty during university vacations. The locker room is far too small for the library's booming demand, especially when the world's under-libraried universities are on their breaks. Bona fide users of the library are frequently unable to store their bags there. Since bags aren't allowed in the reading rooms, this is stopping scholars from scholaring.

PLEASE don't abuse this facility if you're too mean to pay the real price of the St Pancras facilities. You may be stuck with bags you can't check in anyway.

I thought North Sea Fish Restaurant is highly recommended here for its Fish and Chips, no?

I assume that anyone leaving their bags at the British Library would also want to see the exhibitions and maybe use the cafe (there's not much else to do in the area). Storing one bag each would be perfectly reasonable, and the locker room is not the sole reserve of scholars.

just be weary when using the lockers, the "reading room" closes earlier then the regular library, for me it was 6pm and i got there at 645pm, i had to beg and plead for the security to escort me to get my bags as my eurostar train was at 705pm, I luckily made it but was the most stressful thing ever. Not blaming anyone just wanted to give all a headsup, however the locker is awesome for small carryon luggage, will not fit the big ones and you also get the 1 pound back too.

It's academic now, since the original question was three years ago.

But:

1. The "regular library" (and the locker room) at the British Library opens at 0930 most days and 1000 on Monday. It closes at 1700 on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2000 on Mons-Thurs. It's closed on Sundays.
2. There's now an airline-style bag gauge even to get into the building.
3. There's a perfectly good dedicated left luggage system at St Pancras, open from till 10 pm every day, and from 0600 most days. Smartarse cheapskates might find the small change it costs worth paying to avoid the previous poster's complaints.
