Nope, paris1953, it's not you, it's user-unfriendly design: I'd expect to see it nearer the post header myself, since that's the meat of the page (maybe not for a Fodor's editor, though....)

Yeah - I think the position is weird - not intuitively connected to the thread content at all. But at least its there, which is an improvement from the old format.
